Interpretation and Definitions
- Account:
- A unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

- Arc, the software program provided by the Company.

- Data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, session length, device ID, workout completion times, or activity logs).

- The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data:
Information that can be used to contact or identify you. Arc uses anonymous authentication, so we do not collect your email address unless you provide it for support purposes. We collect fitness calibration data (age, weight, height, experience level, activity level, training goals, available equipment, and any injuries or limitations), and profile information related to your hunter identity and progression.
Usage Data:
Collected automatically when using the Service, including your Device's IP address, operating system, app version, time and duration of usage, workout completion data, stat progression (STR, VIT, AGI, INT, SEN, END), rank progression, quest completion status, and interaction data with features like daily quests, training sessions, and stat allocation.
Information Collected While Using the Application:
We automatically collect the following data when you use Arc:
- Fitness Data: Workout logs, exercise completion data, sets and reps completed, training session duration, stat gains (STR, VIT, AGI, INT, SEN, END), and rank progression.
- Progress Data: Hunter rank, level, stat points, quest completion history, and training plan adherence.
- Authentication Data: We use Supabase for anonymous authentication, which creates a unique user identifier for your account.
- Subscription Data: If you subscribe, we use Superwall to manage your subscription status and payment information (handled by Superwall and your device's app store).
This data is stored and processed by our service providers including Supabase (for data storage and anonymous authentication), Superwall (for subscription management), and other infrastructure providers to deliver and improve the Service.
Use of Your Personal Data
We may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Personalized Training Programs: To analyze your fitness calibration data, experience level, and goals in order to create custom 30-day workout plans tailored to your needs.
- Progress Tracking: To display your progression, stat gains, hunter rank, level, quest completion, and achievements in the app.
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: Including monitoring usage, performance, and reliability of workout generation and stat calculation features.
- Account Management: To manage your registration as a user and enable access to specific features like training mode, quest tracking, and stat allocation.
- To Contact You: For updates, important information, or customer support via email or push notifications.
- To Provide Offers: To inform you about special quests, challenges, events, or premium features.
- Analytics: To analyze user engagement, improve training programs, optimize the gamification experience, and enhance quest difficulty balancing.
- Business Transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred with notice.
We do not sell or use your personal or fitness data for AI model training or any external marketing purpose.
Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share your personal information in the following cases:
- With Service Providers: For data storage and authentication (Supabase), subscription management (Superwall), and infrastructure support.
- With Affiliates: Under common control and bound by this Privacy Policy.
- For Business Transfers: As part of company restructuring or acquisition.
- With Your Consent: For any purpose you explicitly authorize.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, all associated data—including workout logs, stat progression, quest history, calibration data, and personal information—is permanently deleted.
Usage Data may be retained longer for internal analytics and security purposes.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your data may be processed in the United States or in other locations where our servers or service providers operate. We ensure your data is transferred securely and protected by this Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Personal Data
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team at support@usearc.app with your request. Once we verify your identity and process your deletion request, all personal and usage data associated with your account, including your hunter profile, stat progression, workout history, quest data, and calibration information, will be permanently erased from our systems.
Please note that if you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before we can complete the account deletion process.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, users, or the public.
Children's Privacy
Arc is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us for immediate deletion.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes via in-app notice or email. The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website.
